New Model of Master
The I.S.P.E.F. Model of University Master is adequate to peculiarities and criterion of quality for the international university acknowledgement of the degree, as defined in the “Process of  Bologna”, in 1999 by 29 European Ministries of Education. The Training and the University Qualification of students and teachers is a priority engagement for any society, most of all in such a moment of great change, when it is fundamental an high quality level system to make University work and high level training of teachers, so that they can be able to understand, promote and manage needs and expectation of the 21th century society.         In this historical period characterized by a deep evolution of education's culture and training institutions, the Master and the University become critical tools to realize the change from a “training for everyone” described by the mass education and the flattening of didactical contents, to  a “professional, customized and contextualized training (specific for everyone's needs and learning rythm)”that promotes motivations, aptitudes and skills of every student, in the scientific-cultural context of the socio-educational Community where it is affected.             The realization of a “Professional, customized and contextualized Master” causes a drastic evolution of the university teachers' training culture, though the use of methods and techniques of Human Sciences, where human relationship and didactical planning of courses become fundamental tools to: acquire autonomy in knowledge and practical skills; the developing of intellectual, creative and communicative abilities.         The I.S.P.E.F. Model of University Master is innovative because of the following 3 basic raisons: 1) the Master is patterned by skills and it has high level training specialist courses, characterized by the acquisition of study and professional knowledge-abilities-skills; 2) the 4 Modalities of the training course of the Master, are divided into:       A) Front off modality: Lessons in class and Seminars       B) E-Learning and Web Research       C) Experimental and in action Stage in professional field      D) Documentation and Supervising of activities and training processes –  Drafting of the Final Report. 3) the University Attendance of Qualification will be enclosed with the Certification of Skills by I.S.P.E.F. (www.ispef.eu). This Certification is done by an independent System of assessment, different from the University and Teachers one. It is scientifically valid and it let identifying and certificating knowledge-abilities-skills of each university student, according to the Final Report of the Master.
